The Inspection Process
Roof
We use drone technology to inspect every section of the roof from the ground with a high-quality camera. This ensures that the roof can be inspected properly regardless of the material or pitch.
Exterior
The exterior of the house is inspected to ensure proper functionality of the siding, grading, windows, and much more. This allows us to detect any potential leaks on the surface of the house.
Interior
The interior is inspected room by room to check for common safety and function defects. These defects include but are not limited to electrical, plumbing, and construction errors.
Home Systems
Readily accessible, installed home systems are inspected. These include but are not limited to the electrical system, plumbing system, and HVAC system. This will help to determine the age of HVAC units and the condition of plumbing and electrical systems.
